Election Sunday

Election on Sunday, but for Thailand runners it’s an “in between weekend”. Last weekend it was the Khon Kaen Marathon and next weekend we first and foremost got the North Face 100® Thailand (TNF 100), but also the BITEC Half Marathon.

Many Bangkok races have been cancelled/postponed recently due to the protests, but it seems like two running events will take place on Sunday nevertheless. Siamyth Charity Mini Marathon is a 4 and 10k race in the lovely Suan Luang Rama 9 Park. Aspire Fun Run is a non-competitive 5 and 10k event for “no other reason than to stay fit, meet great people and have fun”. Sounds like reason enough.
