Rainy Bangkok Run

Ran in the heavy rain today. I waited until the first rainfall had passed before I took off. unfortunately the rain came back, and it came back heavily! I don’t mind running in the rain, so I wasn’t going to turn back home. As always in Bangkok when it rains, the parks get empty and everyone runs for shelter. So at least I could do some intervals undistracted and the air became more breathable than on a normal afternoon in Bangkok. On the other hand, my super light brand new shoes weren’t that light anymore and the iPod gave up half way into the session.

Not the greatest conditions to run in today, but as a runner living in Bangkok, you can’t wait for the perfect weather.
