Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. How do I know if you have my size/color?
A.
The sizes/colors that we have available are in the drop down box on each product page of the website.

Q. How do I order?
A. Order online through the website and make your payment directly into our bank account.

Q. How do I know what shoe size to order?
A. All sizes are shown as US sizes.

Q. How do I know which Clothes size to order?
A. All clothing is shown as standard US sizes.

Q. What is the product availability?
A. All products and sizes that are available are shown on our website. Occasionally we may run out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible to advise you if this happens and we will try and offer you a suitable alternative to consider, or you can cancel your order.

Q. Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?
A. Yes. When filling in your details in the personal details section you can select and enter details of a delivery address which is different to your billing address.

Q. Once my order has been completed, can I add further products or amend or change the order?
A. Our system is automated so once you have completed the order, you can not return to re enter your order to amend it. If you wish to order additional products you will need to start a new order.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?
A. No, Run Thailand only delivers within Thailand.

Q. What is the cost of delivery?
A. Run Thailand offers free delivery on all orders within Thailand with a total order value of 1,000 THB or more. If order value is less than 1,000 THB, a delivery fee of 70 THB applies.

In most cases for the shipping cost is only 70 THB per item (e.g. one pair of shoes, shirt etc). The cost of delivery is calculated in the shopping cart.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Goods will arrive within 3-5 working days after the payment is complete (Exceptions may occur).

Q. How can I check progress of my order?
A. You will be sent an automated email once your order is accepted, and when it is dispatched. You can also see this information in your order details in My Account.

Q. The colors are slightly different to those shown on the internet picture?
A. Every effort is made to ensure the imagery used is as representative as possible, however allowance should be made for the variances between all browsers and monitors.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We offer a no quibble 30-day return policy. If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for an exchange or refund, as long as they are returned complete with tags and original packaging in fully re-saleable condition. Return Postage & Packing is payable by the customer.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. Please send the item(s) back to the sender (address can be found on your receipt). Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Return Postage & Packing is payable by the customer.

Q. How do I know you have received my return?
A. You will receive an email every time your order has been updated with returns/refunds/exchanges.

Q. What if I receive a product/size that I did not order?
A. It shouldn’t happen but if it does, please accept our apologies. Please return the product using the returns procedure above and we will send out the correct product and refund you all your postage costs.
