Stability for Runners – Single Leg Deadlift

Back to normal training again after a few weeks of “prehab” where I cut down significantly on the running volume and instead focused on mobility, balance and strength. These exercises are still a part of my weekly training regime, even though I do them less frequently now when I run a whole lot more. I believe complementary training is needed for us runners to avoid injuries.

Aspire put together short videos of some selected exercises. All of them can be done at home, for a few of them you need a TRX.

First one out is Single Leg Deadlift. (Apologize the poor sound quality, but watching the video and reading the text should do it)
